As much as I love trees, keeping one close to a place of residency is always a risky move. Hope repairs don’t cost too much!

Personally I would have jumped on top of it and hoped it took out more of the ground floor too. Hopefully nobody was hurt.

Pretty sketch situation with some of the crane’s weight still on the wheels and settling downhill. It looks like there was some torsion on that outrigger arm.
