The withering at the ends tells me that it is definitely getting overwatered (I would water it once every two weeks which I know is too much now) but after looking through this sub I am wondering if pup overcrowding might be an issue aswell? As before I thought overcrowding was okay when it came to aloe Vera since they tend to grow like that in their natural habitat but I am guessing it is different when they are potted.

Just the wayering they actually do very much do even when potted love to be tightly packed like this.
