Where to Find an Ice Golem
As a Prismatic pet, the Ice Golem is available from hatching a Christmas Egg. It became available during the second half of the Christmas 2025 event in Grow a Garden. You have a low chance of getting it, with a 0.5% opportunity of an Ice Golem being inside the egg when you hatch it. There are a handful of other pets you can get that could appear instead, such as the Turtle Dove, Reindeer, Nutcracker, or the Yeti.
Acquiring a Christmas Egg should be your primary focus if you want to get an Ice Golem! For those who do, there are a few ways you can do this.
How to Get a Christmas Egg
There are two ways for you to get a Christmas Egg while playing Grow a Garden: Buying it from the in-game store or receiving it from a gift from the Christmas Harvest Event.
The option to purchase a Christmas Egg from the main story is available to everyone, where you can purchase 1, 3, 10, or 50 Christmas Eggs. This costs real-world money to do, and should be a final option.
The alternative is to get it from any gifts you receive from the Christmas Harvest event. During the event, you can submit fruits that have Christmas mutations on them. You’ll receive a gift in exchange for the item, and there’s a chance you could open the gift to receive a Christmas Egg!

Of these gifts, the Rainbow Gift offers the best chance for you to get a Christmas Egg. However, the Common Gift is also a decent chance, as you have a 10% chance for one. Even if you don’t receive a Christmas Egg from these gifts, there are plenty of other items you can get, and there are achievements you want to complete to earn the Snow Globe!
