I believe all of these are a decent enough sizes. If not tell me what you think please.
I do live in a extremely humid area so im planning to remove and glass/mirror backing so fans can be installed, mostly for the taller ones. And venting on the sides for the ones with wooden vents

They’re wooden so that’s a big no bc of high humidity. Try finding some second hand metal ikea cabinets, plenty of DIY versions of those
Check out SerpaDesign on YouTube, he makes a video (or couple) on building DIY enclosures. [Here’s one, he goes over materials that are safe to use and help protect the wood.](https://youtu.be/UKMmcUes7HU?si=eM_a_wlgpfJISs7Q)
1, 2 or 4. When they’re full-height, you often have issues getting light all the way to the bottom, and if you don’t have at least a little bit of a hood you have a hard time making the lights look good.
Also, you will need to do a *lot* of work to make the wood not rot: you will need to strip and refinish the interior wood with a marine-grade lacquer. It will be easier to start with an all-metal one.
