I have these brown spots that recently started showing up on the leaves of my fiddle leaf that is in a 10 inc pot. Is this because of low light or not enough water? I recently moved the plant to a more of a shady part of the house with less light so I’m thinking that might be the reason? I water it about 24oz of water every 7-8 days when the top soil is dry

Most likely both. Don’t water on a schedule. Water it very deeply until water comes out the bottom. Then don’t water it again until the top layer of soil is nice and dry. In general (but not always) brown leaves are a sign of underwatering and yellow/falling leaves are a sign of overwatering.
They also have very high light requirements, so please consider putting this plant right in front of a bright window. They really need DIRECT light if at all possible.
This looks like sunburn. Did it recently go from lower light to higher/direct light?
