    It is possible that this is an early stage of leafy gall, but it is not definite. I wouldn’t toss this; I would keep it separate and put it in a large isolated pot next season and follow super strict sanitizing protocols when working with the plant. If you have multitudes of shoots popping up by the end of next season, I’m sorry 🙁
