In this heartwarming video, we help a family going through tough times due to cancer. When we came across a yard that desperately needed care, we stepped in to lend a hand, offering a transformation that would ease some of the burdens they face.

With a couple struggling with illness and financial hardship, we provided free lawn care to help make their home a more peaceful and beautiful place.

Watch as we clean up the yard, clear the overgrown grass, and ensure the driveway and sidewalk are usable again, all while supporting a family during a difficult time. This video shows how small acts of kindness and community support can make a big difference.

If you’re interested in learning how you can help your own community or simply want to see a powerful lawn transformation, this video is for you!

Let’s get this place looking a lot better for them. >> I’m off my weak chemo, so I’m pretty weak. >> How long have you had cancer? >> It is supposed to rain today. Hey, as y’all can see, it is super cloudy. So, let’s get to it. Hey everyone, welcome back to the channel. Today’s yard was a pretty interesting one, and honestly, one we didn’t expect. We were driving around like we always do, looking for someone who might need a little help, and we immediately found this one. The curb had so much dirt and the sidewalk was completely covered. And you could tell that the backyard was insanely overgrown. So, we pulled over. I knocked on the door and let’s just say it was an elderly lady that shut us down very quickly. But as I was getting ready to head out, a neighbor around the corner drove by and asked us what we were doing. So, I quickly explained a little bit of what we do and how we help people in the community. That’s when he told us he could really use a hand as well. He said money had been tight lately and on top of that his wife was recently diagnosed with cancer. So we scheduled him out and went out there a couple days later and here we are today. It was an opportunity to take a little stress off a family going through something no one should ever have to face. Sometimes the yard you plan to help isn’t the one meant for you. And that’s what makes these days so special. >> Hello. Good morning. >> How are you? >> Doing great. >> It’s bad. Yeah, it’s pretty bad, but definitely something we can transform, get it looking better for you. >> Thank you. Appreciate it. I’m off my week of chemo, so I’m pretty weak. >> How long have you had cancer? >> Grip. >> Mhm. >> Cuz I had lifted like a heavy box and when I um went they they did an X-ray and it came out um just broke bruised ribs. And then when I um the next morning, I couldn’t even get up at all. And so I went back and they did the CT scan. CT scan came up with colon cancer. They were able to take the the colon cancer out, but then it it spread to my lymph nodes. So that’s what I’m finding right now. >> Sorry to hear that. >> So yeah, I’m on my off week, so it makes me really really weak. >> Yeah, I get you. But >> yeah, my husband’s been working like non-stop cuz he’s paying all the bills right now. So it makes it kind of rough for for us to hire somebody. So >> Mhm. I’m glad we’re here. >> I appreciate it. >> They’re looking better for you. >> Yeah. I tried to talk to the lady, too, but she >> just She won’t let us lady. Yeah. >> Yeah. >> We just need anything from me? >> No, we’re good. We’re just We’ll just start working. >> Okay. >> We’ll let you know when we’re done. >> Okay. Thank you so much. I’m so excited to share all your I shared your um page with everybody. It’s a good thing y’all do that for people. It’s amazing. Yeah. >> Thank you. Appreciate it >> for sure. >> Thank you. >> All right, we’ll be here. >> Okay, let me know if you need water or anything. >> Okay, sounds good. Thank you. >> Let’s get this place looking a lot better for them. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Hey everyone, real quick before getting back to the yard. Working on places like this always reminds us how much care goes into keeping something healthy. And honestly, it’s the same way we think about our dog. We’ve got a husky and he is a huge part of our life. He’s always running, exploring, basically our little workout partner and stress reliever. That’s why I was really excited to try the sponsor of today’s video, Mave. It’s the only fresh, ready to eat dog food made with human grade ingredients, real protein, fresh produce, no fillers, no additives, and you can literally tell what’s in it just by looking at it. What I like is it comes flash frozen to your door. So, all I do is scoop and serve. No mess, no preparation, and my dog Tokyo absolutely loves it. Mave makes it super easy to keep your dog healthy and give them the food they deserve. We put a special link down in the description so you can try Mave and keep your dog healthy. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat up here. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. Well, the curb is now all cleaned up. And let me just tell you all, it was a little tedious because it is really hard trying to shovel dirt and grass off a curb when the street is not even leveled. Y’all can see half is asphalt and the other half is concrete. But we got it. We got it looking better. Looks like there’s an airport nearby. We piled it up. all right here. So, we could bag it up and from there move on to the front yard, which I mean, just by looking at it, it looks pretty easy, but we could definitely get it looking better. So, let’s continue working because it is supposed to rain today. As you’all can see, it is super cloudy. So, let’s get to it. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. Heat Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat up here. We’re all done. >> Oh my gosh. The rain hit. Gotcha. Huh? >> Yeah, a little bit, but not too much. >> Oh my god. What the heck? I can see the sidewalk. >> Big difference, right? >> Yeah. You did amazing. >> Thank you. >> Wow. >> The driveway is all clear. >> What the hell? What is this? >> This piece was covered, huh? >> What? Wow. It’s like a whole different house. >> Yeah. I looked at I have this thing where they go and they put the chemo in. They poke it right here every every other week and then I have to get the chemo in here. >> But it goes like all the way up here and then cuts across and goes to my heart. >> But yeah, it sucks. I got to do it all the way to April and then um hopefully it clears up and I don’t have to do it no more. >> Yes. Just keep pushing. Stay strong and >> God’s with you. Of course. >> Bad. I want to just take it out and just be like when I tell you it makes me feel like crap. I’m talking about like throwing up for 4 days straight. >> I can’t imagine. >> I lost 36 lbs just in 3 months. I’m like, dude, that’s a lot. >> Wow. Yeah, that is a lot. >> Appreciate it. Thank you. I want to give you a hug. >> Oh, a hug. >> Thank you so much. >> Yes, ma’am. God bless you. All right. >> Thank you. Thank you. I appreciate it. >> All right. Stay strong. >> Thank you. I will. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat. Heat.
