Found in central georgia the US state. I found this like a week ago, I’m calling it Peaches short for Peaches en Regalia. It lives on a piece of bark and I’ve found that you water it by pouring water directly onto it, it perks right up! The salad leaves are food for any decomposer microbes in the little bit of soil in the cup (I plan on finding like an earthworm or something to put in there, I laid a little trap outside with more leaves) Please lmk if I should add more information, thanks in advance for any input!

It looks like sphagnum moss. I also didn’t read your post at first and thought this came with your restaurant food 😬 Glad to see that’s not the case lol
I legit thought you had sphagnum moss in your salad and was so concerned. I’ve got some of this in my crab tank terrarium and other assorted terrarium setups. It loves being ✨moist ✨.
Not familiar with the species but reminds me of hypnales (an order of mosses). 1000% not Sphagnum.
