They look like monstrose/variant growths rather than normal pups, it happens randomly on cacti and isn’t anything to worry about! Cacti can carry mutant genes that only express in certain pups, it usually shows as one or two at a time – exactly like you have!
It’s not disease-related or anything, everything looks extra healthy and green! All you can do is wait for them to grow, they’ll still look slightly different (distorted ribs etc.) but will elongate more. You can cut them when they’re a bit bigger and root them if you want some more unique clones!

I’ve seen people refer to these as “pineapple pups” and it’s just an early growth pattern. I think most grow out of it, but some don’t. There’s a pretty good chance that they begin to grow “normal” eventually.
You growing cacs in the datura patch? I like that kind of thing, this past season I had poppies growing with my cactus

It will normalize. Happens when a plant starts a flower bud then “changes its mind” to push a pup instead

Off topic but I love the mix of Datura Inoxia and San Pedro, I have it myself but with Stramonium (but this spring I will plant also Datura Inoxia).
