Update: Drainage Help

I posted earlier in the week about a drainage issue I am having at my house. I tried to improve grade to protect my foundation but inadvertently made conditions worse (wrong soil, fabric and rock). I have a largely flat property, where slope is difficult to achieve. I started demoing the entire project and am ready to start over.

My goal is to get water off the foundation wall. I have included some photos that give a general overview of the area. Any ideas on how to fix it would be really appreciated (French drain, swale, interceptor drain). I’m having back surgery in 3 weeks and will be unable to work after that. I will call professional help if needed. Feeling desperate, thanks
