Okay guys, I’m still a noob but not as much as I was two months ago. I purchased this guy in October and repotted in 1:1 potting mix to pumice after about a month of it in the regular substrate. That puts me at early November. I have not watered since. I got an LED grow light around Thanksgiving and have kept it under the light for about 9 hours a day.
I am losing a lot of leaves. Out of the four plants in the pot, two are getting beat up. Front left (pic 1) and front center (pic 2) is nearly barren, and left (pic 2) is the smallest and leaves are wrinkly. The larger two seem more than fine. Should these four have been split up a while ago? I didn’t want to touch them again after repotting in the grittier mix. Thanks!

As much light as you can give it. I saw your older post you can very clearly see between them and now your grow light has helped. Wherever you got the plant from didn’t give it enough.
Take the rocks out. Your soil should be something like
40% coir or soil (I prefer coir as a base myself) 40% pearlite 10% sand 10% worm castings or enrichment (recommended ror coir skip if using a nutrient rich soil)
Those lanky stems won’t really fix themselves, I would honestly chop it up and put as many stems in the pot as you can. They root pretty quick.
Not the same plant but similar growth, it’s my stock building seasons so my jade pups get topped chopped and propped in an exponential manner. They aren’t hard.
Give them the most light you can, your LED should be inches away from the foliage. It will not burn and it will reward you exponentially.
