I overseeded in fall and had good results. Manually watered. Then got busy and slacked on water. See attached images and let me know what I should do. Starting to see browning areas and some weeds. I did apply tenacity before overseeding. I live in triad NC. This is tall fescue.

My thinner fescue is starting to brown here also, the thicker stuff still pretty green though. I definitely stopped watering a few weeks ago and had the system blown out. Middle TN here.
