I cannot seem to manage these. I’ve now had five FLFs. the most recent seems to be going the way of the rest of them. are the drooping leaves too much or too little water? it’s only about a month old.
Have you considered that maybe you just don’t have the right conditions for them to thrive? They need lots of light and that placement looks like it doesn’t get enough.

They reddit a lot if light the problem is you have to acclimate them to it slowly aka start it where you have it now and over a period of several weeks move it closer amd closer to the window also future back wayering mine get watered like every 3 weeks sometimes even a month or more.
