The soil. It’s always the soil as the water stays too long on the roots. If you’re serious about Euphorbia you’ll need soil amendments similar to their environment.
My favorite plants. I’d prune off everything that’s healthy. Let dry overnight and root in water I find I have the most successful propagating them this way.

The soil mix is a custom blend from a trusted grower but I think I let the bottom get too wet, the top few inches are dry.
