This is a middle section of a pothos cutting I propagated two weeks ago. Third picture is the progress of the roots. In those two weeks, a new bud grew and even unfurled a new leaf at the top node. I want to make it vine more, without chopping. Is it possible?

Possible, but i needs to meet the right conditions.
Since you don’t want to cut, it will be a bit challenging because you have to “force” the plant to direct their energy in producing new leaves in the auxillary buds while still providing energy for the existing leaves. I’d try Keiki paste.
Take off the new bud then it will shoot out somewhere else with a new vine. Yes I have done this with mine. Thats also how I make it bushier
