The space now includes new seating, increased covers, and air conditioning, while providing a host of freshly prepared meals, from cooked breakfasts, light lunches, and a new carvery, as well as cakes and desserts.
Ricky Towers, group restaurant director at British Garden Centres, said the new look creates a “vibrant space that our local customers deserve”.
He continued: “This investment enhances their experience, making it easier to combine gardening inspiration with relaxed, enjoyable dining, while creating vital jobs for the community.”
The redevelopment has created around 20 new jobs, from roles for cooks, servers and front of house staff.
It was officially reopened by Charles Stubbs and Mr Towers, as well as landlords, Colin and Freda Andrews, who celebrated alongside staff and visitors.

“The new restaurant is also host to some Christmas events, including Christmas lunch, breakfast and afternoon tea with Santa, Paws & Claus and festive afternoon tea.
