This morning I was watering my plant when all of a sudden I saw these disgusting things in the soil of my plant. She is starting to have yellow dots on the leaves.. What do you think it is and how can I save her ?? (The insects are on the last 2 pic)

Those are beneficial bugs in your soil. They eat decaying plant matter and other bad bugs.
The yellow leaves could be from a lack of nutrients or damage from either spider mites or aphids.
I would leave the bugs in the soil as they’ll clean any bad bugs up within the soil. Spray your leaves down with neem oil and give them a good wipe down. The leaf with the yellow spots i would remove. If you get any more yellowing leaves, I would try a milk wash.
If the yellow spots are a fungal infection, treat with milk. I know it sounds wild, but I’ve saved so many plants using this method. Water with milk and then flush the soil out the next day. Do this until the yellow goes away
Good luck 👍
