Looks great! The empty parts of the cob are a pollination issue. Corn uses wind rather than insects so you need lots of corn to get kernels on every row and column. You did great for a home gardener

It was t planted close enough to the other corn plants possibly. Each silk has to be covered by the spores to develop each individual corn kernel
