PROSPECT LEFFERTS GARDENS — A FIVE-STORY, MIXED-USE BUILDING is planned for a currently vacant lot at 258 Empire Blvd. in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, reports NY YIMBY. 

The project would rise 47 feet and span roughly 16,600 square feet, including 21 residential units and a ground-floor art gallery. The owner is Isaac Silberstein of Hart Group USA LLC, with Nikolai Katz Architect as architect of record. 

No construction timeline has been announced.
