I’m not a plant expert but a lot of common issues are plants don’t all grow in the same soil well. Some need dryer and some need moist. Some do well with more or less light. Sometimes plants just die. The best thing you can do is research each plant before adding them so you can add plants that will fit the temp and humidity and the soil moisture of your enclosure.

I’d work on getting better lighting. The red plant looks to be reaching so whatever spectrum/power you’ve got may not be strong enough. Beyond that the bromeliad was flowering and that flower has died. It’s normal.
