Money Tree Leaves Browning and Yellowing

Hello everyone,

I have had this money tree for 2 months now and there is a lot of new growth.

Unfortunately, recently, I noticed the order leaves have brown patches and are yellowing.

I water when the pot is dry, usually every 2-3 weeks.

Any insight into why this is occuring would be greatly appreciated.
