From my experience with zygo cactus, they are meant to be damp but not wet.
I’m not sure how to fix it, because even if over-watering **is** the problem, just stopping watering won’t necessarily solve the problem. My guess is that the roots are rotten or rotting and that’s where the issue lies.

Sun stress, too much sunlight, I reckon. Orchid cacti (Epiphyllum), and holiday cactus both like bright indirect sunlight. Turning red is their defense to getting burnt (like a tan). Try a shadier spot, or shadecloth. Both can be grown indoors even.
The holiday cactus looks thirsty, can’t tell what’s going on with the soil in the photos, one needs re-potting. Maybe a balanced fertiliser feed (not a specific mineral).
The epiphyllum doesn’t need as much water, likes very well draining potting mix. Check the leaves (carefully, spiky!) if firm it’s good, soft is probably thirsty.
Edit to add: I’m also no expert. I think succulents can be sun stressed and healthy, some people like the colour changes.

I’m no expert, but it *could* be over-watering.
