  1. Can you please talk about citrus sometime soon. I live in Iowa and it has been 7 below zero. My leaves have all exfoliate but new blooms are coming on. I have it sitting on a heat mat at 72. Any suggestions please!

  2. I would love to have something to keep my snips and pruners in as I walk around the garden-maybe a small crossbody holder? They constantly fall out of my pocket or stab me in the leg as I kneel down. Just a thought for Ken lol. 😊

  3. Fun fact about huskys… we were in Alaska and went to a demonstration on the dogs that pull for the Iditarod. Those dogs live outside all year round. They love the snow and they love to pull. That's just the way they were created. In fact the gentleman who raises them said that husky is an occupation it means a dog that pulls

  4. Just sat down for lunch and tuned in. Soon as I saw the calendar, knew what I had to do..pause video, go get my purse and hope they are not already gone! Looks like I got one! I saw it a week or two ago lying beside you and you didnt say anything about it, so I sent an email. Response only said watch your emails. Well, I am glad you are offering this. You could fill so many calendars with beautiful shots of your glorious property. Looking so forward to next years, or maybe you could make another one for 2026 with beautiful landscape photos. Your place is so gorgeous. I'd buy again! Love your show so much. Thanks Laura and Aaron. Every day is a good day with Garden Answer❤Yall brighten up our days😊just love you and your precious family! How about some more good recipes too😊 oh, and please include on the next calendar some photos of some of your amazing spruces, blue and norway. They are my favorite trees and you have some absolute beauties! Oh and when the tulips are in bloom, it will be stunning!! You will need to make a big order for this next calendar. 🎉

  5. Just a comment to add about putting lights on a Christmas tree. Back in the day when I had multiple inside trees that I decorated (the biggest was 14" tall), I used green bread ties to help secure the lights to the branches so I didn't have to wrap the lights around the branches. It made it easier to put the lights on and taking them off than wrapping the lights around the branches. Also, you really never saw the ties as they were about the same color as the tree. As much as I enjoy the podcast during the week, I really look forward to the Sunday Highlights podcast.

  6. Several times I remember you answering some questions from the question answer video on Highlights channel. Are you not doing that anymore?

  7. Can you add desk calendars for next year, thank you! BTW, I got your large seed tray system. I LOVE IT. Man, you put a lot of thought into this. Thank you!

  8. Never apologize for your opinion or stop giving it. This America the land of free speech. People love you are real people with opinions. I like to hear about your new products.

  9. Wow Laura thanks for sharing that memory from the couple that you compared to your parents how they always put a positive spin on everything what a blessing to be raised in that type of environment that definitely helps shape the type of person you are love 💕 your channel my absolute favorite

  10. I love the way that you two deal with curmudgeons ~ kindly and with humor. At some point people have forgotten that everyone finds joy in different ways and that’s a good thing. 😂 Thank you for all that you do.

  11. I enjoy watching your old videos, just to see the change. I clicked on your October tour when you were expecting Samantha, the change from then to now is just amazing ❤❤. Got my Romancing the Ordinary sticker can't wait for my Christmas ornaments. 😊

  12. I organize my seeds by month. The seeds that get seeded in multiple months simply get their packets moved to the next month once started for the current month. I would't do it any other way. Grab one drawer, no looking through multiple, leave out the ones that need to move over and do so when the drawer goes back in. I simply put the moved over ones in the front of the next drawer. I can't even comprehend doing it any other way, it would be too un-streamlined for my tastes.

  13. Laura and Aaron, happy holidays! Laura have you ever thought about putting a tree in the flower shed? It would be pretty to look down at the formal garden and see a lit tree in the distance kind of like the Hartley.

  14. I live in a northern climate and would give anything to have a wood burning fireplace! In my mind although you only have 2 chimneys it’s like you have 4 fireplaces (and don’t you have one in the old basement too?!)

Im so glad you use your fireplaces! I can live vicariously through you

  15. I have a solution for the people that have been asking about hanging the new seed library. A French cleat is probably the safest, most secure option to use. You can buy metal ones on Amazon but a wooden one would work too (and look prettier, in my opinon). Just make sure it's rated to hold the weight of the box filled with seeds.

Aaron/Laura/Ken this could be something worth looking into for production round 2. 😊

While I'm here, a HUGE shout out to Ken & the entire GA Store crew!!!! They are awesome!!! The best customer service ever!!!!!

Merry Christmas /Happy Holidays to the entire Garden Answer family!!!

  16. Laura, I went back to rewatch the orange wreath making and I think you used the same ribbon on your mantle this year! Christmas Blessings to you and your family!💓💚

  17. its funny that people with money dont think a calendar for $15 and the seed cabinet for $300 is not too much to ask for these items – most calendars are $10 or even free and the plastic holders for seeds are just fine – i dont know how much the plastic seed holders are but i guarantee you they werent $300 – in my opinion most all the items listed for sale are pretty overpriced – i think Laura and Aaron have a lot of money so more money is better – thats too bad

  18. If you go back to the wreath-making video, there are a bunch of comments with the exact time stamp in the Christmas lights video where you can clearly see some wreath forms hanging in the barn behind some black garbage bags (?). They look like the larger wreath forms to me!

  19. I created covers for my light connections out of disposable sandwich and soup bowls from the local Dollar Tree. I cut slits and make a small hole for the cord to run into the container and cut the sides as needed for cords to go out. The lid secures back on top and keep the connections dry.

  20. I heard you say that you use bleach doing laundry. I know you have a well but do you have city sewer or a septic tank? The reason that is ask is that we moved to a house with well and septic about 1 1/2 years ago. We were told by the septic tank guy to never use bleach since we have a septic tank. Is this accurate info or just his personal preference? There have been several times since we moved here that I wished I could use bleach. Thank you so much for all you do! You are one of the bright spots in my day!

  21. Speaking of animals in snow, I saw the cutest vid of the first deep snowfall and a sheep dog looking breed dashed out & just stuck his nose/face right in the snow & left it there–seemingly in sheer joy!!🤣🤣

  22. For future calender pictures, the Hartley, cats in the gardens, chicken coop, pond area, etc., would be wonderful. Even the garden center. 😊

  23. I can't believe they haven't seen all the comments on that video. People were pointing where the wreath forms are!! 😊

  24. Dang!!! I didn't see your video in time today to get your calendar ordered. I hope I receive one by the new year but if not maybe next year.

  25. “ Don’t get up in people’s business “ ❤️ I’m so glad you addressed this issue. Why do some commenters find it so necessary to tell creators what they should be doing? Or asking questions that are none of viewers’ business ?( like the ones you get every video, regarding where you are educating your children). Mind your business people. 🇨🇦 🎄
