We used to grow a lot back in the 50s and 60s. In fact, we supply pansies the World’s Fair in the early 60s. Pansies are easy to grow. You all know them. They have those little faces that just shine up on you in early spring and over the winter. Biolas is like a small pansy. They don’t have a lot of flavor. It’s a little sweetness, but they sure do add the color to a salad or even ice cream. You could use something like that that you wanted to dress up. And you could also use the pansies and violas for spring cakes, muffins, things like that. Anything you wanted to decorate as well as using an edible scents. Easy to grow and easy to find.
