So this is a 36"×18"×24" Exo Terra. It has two double head misters evenly spaced as best as I could. The ABG mix stays damp but not soaked and there is a drainage layer. There's dairy cow isopods and springtails. I have 5x barrina lights on top. My plants except the snake plants just seem to be struggling. This vivarium has been setup for about a year. I do not claim to know what I'm doing by any stretch but am researching and trying and cannot figure out why my plants are struggling? Any insight or tips, willing to answer any questions!

Yellowing is usually a sign of over watering. Alot of plants don’t like to have wet feet so they like to have a little dry out period.
The njoy potho looks over watered honestly. But your tradescantia looks alright besides the mushy leaves? But mine also had some black mushy leaves and I’m a helicopter plant parent so I’m constantly watering stuff haha
Idk if the lights are to much? 5 seems like alot, are they the t5 or t8? Some yellowing can be caused by too much light. But pothos shouldn’t be affected to bad by light. Ive noticed it bad in anthuriums
What is the ppfd reading in the tank? You can get a general estimate by using an app like photone.
