Enough sun for Bermuda in Atlanta?

Grass was laid in the fall. The entire right 10 yards is going to get almost no sun throughout the winter and 6+ hrs for only the main 3 summer months bc house blocks it. That area has rooted a little less compared to the rest and is slightly less dense already.

1. Will this be ok? Should I give it a full year to see how it plays out?
2. If I dig it up and move it, is the middle of winter when it is dormant an ok time to do that? Have fewer chores that time of year so would be a good time for me.
