They germinated well and I pricked them out into these individual mini pot things, and they have developed well indoors, although I feel they would benefit from more light now.
What should I do with them now? It seems harsh to plant them out when we're now getting light frosts, and my unheated shed doesn't seem much help. But they seem too big for indoors now.

Should of planted near the end of January maybe a grow light but it’s going to be a while till I’d say it’s ok to plant them out
You’ll want a greenhouse outside. Which can be homemade (eg plastic crate, or thick clear plastic over a frame).
The point of autumn sowing is to get them established with some decent roots before winter, then they stall through the winter months (ie don’t expect more growth), but they are ready & waiting for spring, so you get a head start.
