I'm not sure if you all can see but there's a fine web between the branches..the leaves are also looking dull and like they have a coating of dust. The plant had mild mealy bugs infestation earlier and I cleaned it out using Neem oil. I water the plant like normal – deep watering once a week. The plant is indoors but gets direct sunlight for 5-6 hours. Now I've put it out in the balcony.

Spidermites?
The most clear cut case of spider mites I ever did see
Crotons are unfortunately spider mite magnets
Op, wrap the pot in a plastic bag so the soil doesn’t get wet. Then put it in your shower or sink and spray it down with high pressure water.
Then get some insecticidal soap and mix it into a spray bottle filled with warm water. Spray down the whole plant getting both sides of the leaves. Wait 10 minutes and rinse with fresh water. Do this once or twice a week for a few weeks. After that give it a shower once a month.
Spidermites suck, but luckily they are easy to kill.
