These homeowners requested a beautiful, but lower maintenance yard, that would mesh with the existing neighbours as they share an open iron fence. Curved beds, interspersed with low voltage landscape lighting, complement both the front and back yard, providing day and night interest. The yard slope was softened with grass and grading on one side. The opposite side features a designated dog-potty area off the garage, featuring pet-friendly artificial turf. Pre-cast stairs set into the slope and off the retained pet area allow shortened access from the garage and front yard. Plantings will be irrigated and blend seamlessly with those on the opposite side of the fence.
