They need drainage. I would get it out of that and put it in something with good drainage. A lot of hoyas don’t like to have their feet wet.

Welcome to the hoya world! As the other person said, I’d get this into a something with drainage (I prefer clear plastic pots). I’d also pot it in something chunky. I use Molly’s aroid mix and my hoyas love it.

Controversial take, but I regularly grow cuttings in no drainage. They don’t like to dry out.
