Is this a virus?

Hi. I recently purchased several AV leaves to propogate. Of the 7 types, 14 leaves total, varying names, only this one leaf has these red circles.

I put it inside a higher cup and moved it, to minimize exposure and segregated from the tribe… does anyone know if this is a virus or fungus? If so, can it be treated or could this kill all my other AV babies?

If this is a virus or fungus, I will at least let the seller know. No other leaves have this issue in my entire set up of over 50 AVs.

It has been inside a little indoor plastic "greenhouse" since 11/25 when I got it. This is an Amadeus leaf.
