Unsure about why the leaves have dark and dry edges and why the colour in general is gone. It was very healthy during the first months when I first got it
- I water once a week
- Plant is next to a window in Sweden, so limited sunlight and can get cold, recently moved it away but no improvement this week
- Has never been repotted

Define “next to a window”. Also, you can buy grow lights. If you have extra lamps you can buy bulbs. My monstera lives on a north-facing window in another Nordic country, and gets grow light during winter. (Full spectrum lights are great.)
Stop watering on schedule, start watering based on actual signs. I water mine when it’s dry appr. 2 inches down and it fares well.
Do you fertilize it?
