Looks to be a variegated poinsettia to me. Mildly toxic to dogs and cats.

It’s a poinsettia and yes they’re mildly toxic to pets not like Lilly’s but i still would keep them out of reach, because the pets can have diarrhea, drooling, and mouth and skin irritation, usually i just avoid them all together, but just keep them up in a space they can’t get to.
