    Looks is a Guava , and i believe the seeds are edible too.

    They are more citrus and has more vitamin C than the common guava.

    Guava though a smaller variety, unsure which. They are amazing. Sprinkle some salt and chili powder and devour them.

    Guava. They grow well in SoCal, if that’s the Orange County you are referring to. I assumed you meant SoCal, so immediately replied that way LOL. Then I realized there are probably a dozen Orange Counties in the US (assuming US because I don’t know of another places that has counties).
