It’s a new leaf! Sometimes they get a little stuck but DON’T try to free it manually. Instead mist it to make everything pliable and lubricate the leaf and sheath to help it release on its own

Increase the humidity to help it out. Spray with a misting bottle and maybe take it on a field trip to the bathroom when you’re taking a hot shower

After seeing this Q&A so many times, I now preemptively spray my emerging leaves and give them a pep talk so they can unfurl without incident.
