I have this desert rose and have had it outside since I bought it. But the weather where I’m at has been sitting ~45 and cloudy for about a month. When I went to go check the garden this morning I noticed one of them was softer and slightly squishy. I’m just wondering if it is rot or something else! The leaves look a little depressing too which I just noticed today as well 💀

Hard to say id keep it inside and see definitely not a good sign though.
Naw, the caudex looks fine, even if it looses all its leaves it can come back. Just get a light and keep it inside and dry for the rest of winter, water very occasionally. If its not soft, itll be fine. When it gets too soft you’ll know its too late.
