[Music] We just harvested our galangal and we basically ignored it in the food forest all year and we still got a huge harvest. This is a spice that you really can’t replace if you want to do authentic Thai cooking. It’s got that spice. It’s got that earthy flavor. You won’t find it in the grocery store. So, I would definitely recommend planting some in your food forest.
