New string of pearls

I recently bought this string of pearls plant, around 3 weeks ago. It had some new growth and seemed to be doing well the first week I had it, but now it's lost pretty much all it's stems. I watered it once when I got it and this is now the second time (hence wet soil). I havent repotted it yet as I usually along my new plants to settle in to the environment before doing so. It has been in my office on the window sill which doesn't get much direct light (1-2 hours during the sunset), I primarily WFH so it's not too cold during the week as I have the heating on, but I have now moved it to the bathroom as I have a couple other succulents which seem to love it in there. I live in the UK as well so it's mostly cloudy and been getting dark quite early, but we have had some nice sunny days as well over the past few weeks. I'm hoping the move to the bathroom will help, but any advice would be greatly appreciated!
