Adelaide, Australia. Noticed this on the new growth (second growth bloom since spring). It's been a wetter and more humid Spring than usual for our climate. Tree may also need some thinning to increase air flow. Does it look like mildew? I'd be grateful for people's opinions and suggestions for solutions.
