At this is probably an Opae Ula shrimp sphere. Basically a tidal pool shrimp.
They do surprisingly well in these set ups.

Opae ula, hawaian shrimps that live in volcanic pools, they can live a very long time for their size, they are social so keep one in a thing that small is cruel in my opinion

Just because an animal can survive extreme conditions doesn’t mean you should keep it in them. How is this any different from those tiny sealed turtle bags they used to sell in China?
At least give it a mate. The worst legal punishment we give humans is solitary confinement. Why do you guys enjoy this?
