How cold does it get? San Pedro will handle down to -5°C ok when dry conditions. With heavy frosts, they might get tip damage, so you can protect with large-size takeaway cups on top. Mine are hard grown in Christchurch, New Zealand. Sometimes they get tip damage. Occasionally, they get some rot. If in doubt and it’s your pride and joy, take it in or at least put it close to the side of the house for some protection.
