These are three different cactus. The three of them are suffering the same thing at the tip, and I don't know what it is or why it is happening. Can someone help me? Thanks.
It appears that these photos were taken with a potato

They are rotting. You may want to remove the decomposing tips while ensuring all decaying flesh is removed.
I am curious as to why this occurred. Has it been humid/rainy? What is their soil composed of? Is the soil dry?
Cold combined with wet will make them more susceptible to rot. Little to no airflow can make it even worse.

Looks like they’re in pots outdoors? Where are you located or what growing zone? If you clean your lens and try again with pictures it will be much, much easier to see what’s going on but I’m guessing tip damage that wasnt able to dry out because of rain. You’ll want to cut off the damage down to healthy green flesh and then let them callous over somewhere dry.
