Hello all, hoping for advice in pruning these two trees back. I’ve never had fruiting trees and want to bring them back to a manageable size but don’t want to make the wrong cuts. Any advice would be appreciated.
This tree looks pretty good, someone already did the right kind of pruning at the young age. Now it is just a matter of following up on those older cuts and trying to find a balance between looking nice and having that orchard “T” shape so that the fruit stays on those lower horizontal limbs.
