We have this lovely plant at work and as you can see it's almost to th ceiling. We want to cut it back and propagate it. What would be the best method be (do I plant it right away or let it sit in water for roots to grow)? I was thinking cutting it in half as it needs a stick to support itself at the current moment from what I have seen is not ideal. Open to any and all advice to properly propagate and best actions to take. Thank you!
