My monstera albo hasn’t done anything for a year and a half. Now there’s a new leaf on the go! I think she knows I needed it lol.
I followed some advice on this subreddit: added a moss pole, gave it more light, more fertilizer. Not sure which did it, or if it was just chance, but happy!
Watered once a week with a bit of fertilizer and adequate drainage.
