This is why they told us to eat them growing up:1. Vision Health:Carrots are rich in beta-carotene, which the body converts into Vitamin A, an essential nutrient for good vision and maintaining healthy eyesight, especially in low light. 2. Digestive Health:The high fiber content in carrots helps with digestion, promotes a healthy gut, and contributes to regular bowel movements. 3. Weight Management:Being low in calories and high in fiber, carrots can help you feel fuller for longer, which can aid in weight loss and prevent overeating. 4. Immune Support:Carrots contain various antioxidants, including Vitamin C, which help to bolster your immune system and protect your body from illness. 5. Heart Health:The potassium in carrots helps to regulate blood pressure, and the fiber can contribute to lowering cholesterol levels, both of which support a healthy heart.

I pulled carrots. [Laughter] They are the tastiest, ugliest carrots you ever did see. [Laughter] [Music] I can’t wait to chop down. [Music] Make the mistakes now so next year we’re good to go.

  1. Looks awesome honestly!
Carrots flavor depends on the soil, so I'd they taste good that means you've got them in good healthy soil!
If you planted them close together, that could be the reason they're small.
Awesome work, my carrots failed this year lol, you're doing wonderfully!
