GARDEN CITY, MI — Firefighters were battling a blaze along Middlebelt Road in Garden City on Sunday night.
Witnesses at the scene told Patch the fire started around 5 p.m. at a strip mall along Middlebelt Road near Maplewood Street. It appears the fire damaged several buildings.
It was immediately unclear if there were any injuries.
As of 8:30 p.m. Sunday, Middlebelt Road between Maplewood Street and Ford Road was still closed.
