I thought it was overwatered at first. It only is supposed to be watered once a week anyways so I didn’t water it anymore. Now I worry it’s under watered so I gave it more. I really love this plant and don’t want it do die. Does it need more light? It’s winter here so it isn’t getting much. There were a bunch more dead leaves but I removed them about two weeks ago so any dead ones are fresh.

Def not, theres a lot of life in there
The plant looks dry. The soil on this plant should always be moist but not soggy. If you start watering it again, new leaves will sprout. Also I would bring it down from there. It is winter and the heat of the heater can collect at the ceiling and dry out your plant. Plus you’re losing the beauty of the leaves way up there. It’s not a vine.
It’s not beyond saving but it might be beyond your ability to save
It can probably come back. It looks thirsty. Don’t go by watering schedules, stick a finger in the soil and water when the top 2 inches feels dry. You need to thoroughly saturate this plant’s roots when watered and drain off the excess. You need a pot with drainage if this one doesn’t have any, and a saucer or something under it to catch runoff. If it gets underwatered as I suspect it is now, let it soak in the runoff for an hour and it should soak up most of the extra water, dump any leftover after it’s soaked for a while.
You may be able to save it but not hanging off the ceiling with zero sun light. Get it out of the macrame hanger and get it some sun light
Try to water it. No plant is dead until hydrated and dead.
Water it
Don’t water on a schedule. Even watering once a week might be overwatering. You need to check how dry the soil is before you water. Plants have different need when it comes to how much the soil need to dry out between waterings.
Watered it a bunch! Will let it sit and then drain it
