those dots around the center are yellow in the rest of the flowers. why are they black in this one and will it still grow a strawberry?

  1. The black parts are the male part of the flower, they’re the first part to mature and die. The yellow is the female part and will (if pollinated) will turn into seeds.
    I Can’t tell if it’ll turn into a berry yet, depends if a pollinator has been by. If you would like to, you could use a cotton swab to do the pollination yourself. But it’s tedious.
