Weve got a huge “mother” plant and many babies. They grow like crazy! Every spring I’m cutting off 5 or 6 of those runners off just to get it out of the winter room and back outside. Do that in the fall to get it back indoors 🤣 It REALLY showed out this year with tons of flowers . Such a special, albeit, crazy plant!
Mine does that too. Last winter it shot one straight up like that, and when it hit the ceiling it made a 90 degree turn and kept trying to grow along the ceiling.

Those plants aren’t getting nearly enough light which is causing them to stretch a lot more than necessary in search of sun. This results in weak leggy stems that are going to snap.
